The U10s Juniors have made an excellent start to the season with 5 wins and 1 draw, and currently top the 2nd
division of the Mid-Warwickshire U10s League.

The improvement so far this season has been down to a combination of a change in team structure, training
and tactics. The boys have started to take the tactics that they are learning on the training pitch into the
Saturday morning games, the most noticeable improvement being their passing and movement.

We've still got to play the other teams who are currently in the top four, but it's encouraging that we have so far
beaten teams that last season we were losing to or drawing against, and close games that we were losing by
the odd goal last season we are now winning.

Last Saturday we beat a good Wulstan Dynamos team 6-2 with Mitchell Ward scoring a quick fire hat-trick and
Jordan Leach hitting two well timed long range goals. Charlie Rogers won the man of the match with some
excellent support play and passing, but the whole team (+substitutes) contributed in an excellent performance.

This Saturday's game will be the toughest challenge yet against a strong Henley Forest side who beat us twice
last year.
